For the development of a bihormonal artificial pancreas system, PCDIAB integrates the knowledge on algorithms, electronic devices, treatment of diabetes patients and testing and validating algorithms in a clinical setting. For the integration of the developed algorithms in a device, the knowledge of INR and FG will be brought in and integrated. UT will leverage their knowledge on regulation to take a lead in the preparation for a CE mark.
